The favor
I am going to ask a favor of you my friend
Walk across green meadows where warm sunshine falls upon smilling faces.
Sit down next to a creek of cool water in playfull melody as to lure one off to sleep.
Across Blue waters of lakes filled with the endless gift of life.
Walk across the wooded hills where sweet aroma beckons.
Look to the endless bounty of natures gifts with all it's wonder.
Come and sit at the peak of the mountain and watch the moon arc through the sky in starry night.
The Sunrise to the east upon the bringing of a new day.
I am going to ask a favor of you my friend.
Come by my side and walk with me and we will trust in the One who made the earth and the heavens.
And we will be immortal.
