Where the hell have I been lately? Nowhere in particular, just busy with life's business.
I did homemade chili a few times recently. No beans in mine, just two large red and two large green bell peppers, 2 large brown onions, a pound of ground beef, 48 ounces of tomato sauce, two packets of chili mix (one hot and one mild) and let it simmer in the crock pot all afternoon. Everyone thinks it's weird sounding but no complaints about the taste so far. I'll post a picture next time I make it, in the mean time, here is one of me taken yesterday. Gotta wear a hat in the sun now that it's summer.
