Today I took Michelle (from the Phoenix Living with Disabilities Meetup Group) on the barrier free Merkle Trail at Usery Mountain Regional Park. Though I am used to something more strenuous, it was a good start for her. It took her almost 3 hours to do the 1 mile loop but she did it, and almost all of it without any assistance from me. Good job, MIchelle.
